Nice post. Too often today it seems like my conversations with friends about a sermon contain the phrase "I liked it because it really made me think about that in a new way." Discovering a new depth of understanding of the Word is exciting, but it would be a disservice to treat the things God has revealed to us already to be any less worthy of celebrating by comparison.
